Last night I played up with another band which plays a lot of folk songs (which kinda cool). To me it was a new experience as I used to play a lot of noise kind of songs with my band mates back home in Penang. Since my entire new band mates are scouts, we play scouts songs and to be honest, these song did challenge my creativity in playing drums because I need to adjust my tempo when it comes to “keroncong” and scouts songs (which happens to become pop punk tunes!). Hell yeah! The best thing about last night jamming was, I have the chance of using iron cobra – Tama’s double pedal! (huhuhu..at last!) I did blast few songs with double pedal even though we were playing 60’s songs…hehehe! (lepas geram for not playing drums for so long!) I am looking forward to play more with these guys – after raya maybe?
P.S: rasanya tak pernah dengar ada band main lagu pengakap masa jamming kat studio..hehehe!
